All hair extension services are customized based on your natural hair, lifestyle, and maintenance routine. Results may vary from person to person. You will receive aftercare instructions and recommended products to help maintain your extensions at home.

By booking a service, you agree to the following:

Proper maintenance appointments are required to keep extensions in good condition.

You are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided by your stylist.

Excessive heat, incorrect brushing, chemical services, or improper removal can cause damage.

The stylist is not responsible for damage caused by lack of maintenance or incorrect home care.

Removal or adjustments done by someone else may compromise the hair and your results.

If you have any questions about upkeep or recommended products, please ask at any time.

To ensure timely appointment opportunities for all, ClasyVlasy will apply a late fee of $25 (10+ mins) and a $50 rebooking fee for changes within 24 hours of appointment.

All prices include HST as applicable.

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of hair extensions and the time and product involved in each service:

All sales are final.

There are no refunds on services, deposits, hair extension purchases, or hair extension products.

If there is an adjustment needed, it must be requested within 72 hours of your appointment, and will be addressed at the stylist’s discretion. Hair already installed cannot be returned or exchanged.
